PREPARATION FOR CLASS
                           (No Showers Available)

WHAT TO BRING:

  • Large bath towel
  • Small washcloth
  • Water (bottled water available for sale)
  • EMPTY STOMACH (AT LEAST THREE HOURS SINCE LAST LITE MEAL).
  • Mat

WHAT TO WEAR:

  • For Women: a leotard with short bike tights or a one-piece bathing suit.
  • For Men: bathing suit or bike shorts.


BASIC TRAINING TIPS:

  • Always drink plenty of water; hydrating the body is nature’s first defense.
  • Consistency is the name of the game.  Keep your routine going.
  • Maintain a sensible diet.
  • It’s okay to take a day off.
  • Study the Bikram Beginning Yoga Class textbook offering a step-by-step guide to the postures; available at the school.
